Hi folks

As mentioned in another thread, I have recreated the old website.  It is now hosted on my server.

There is also a new forum, which I encourage you to sign up to now, as we will be switching over at some point in the future.

I have done all this at no cost to anyone, in my own time.  What happens now is down to you guys.  There is a still a bike tax.  The presence or absence of a dedicated website and forum does not change that.

I'm well aware this campaign has taken some knocks, most of them directed at the Chairman, but it's time to start picking up the pieces folks (or decide to sack it off and let the tax take its course).

There are new motorcyclists and scooter riders passing tests every single day and they are starting their journey in a world where parking charges seem almost acceptable.  As if they have always been there.

I think we need to start getting fresh blood involved and stop worrying about those people who have not actually achieved anything with regards to this tax.

Remember.  It's your campaign.  It's nothing without you and every person and voice counts more now than at any other time.

The same goes for this and the new forum.  It's pointless as a place where three or four people do all the contributing.

I welcome your comments and ideas.

I'm no tech wizard so well done guys for getting us back online....The website and forum allow meetings to be arranged effectively.

Shame about no M25 run this year...maybe we can arrange for the run later?

There are a few posts in the new forum already, so I think it's time to move over before it gets confusing.

I'm going to switch this one off on Sunday evening (30 June 2013).

There will (hopefully) be a message with a link to the new forum once that happens.
